Collection: Sea Glass Jewellery
All the sea glass that I use has been hand collected by me. I do not use manufactured "sea glass" and only ever lightly tumble genuine sea glass to smooth out imperfections and restore it to a grade suitable for jewellery.
My sea glass has been collected over the last 30 years. It takes between 25 and 100 years to be smoothed by the sea and develop it beautiful "salty" surface. My sea glass is mainly collected in Cornwall from beaches like Marazion near Penzance, St Ives Harbour, Gyllyyngvase near Falmouth. and also from Seaham near Durham.
To me sea glass is a piece of history creating beauty from what was once a completely different object.
My silver jewellery is made from 925 silver - recycled wherever possible, using traditional silversmithing methods, in my workshop in Sheffield.
